From the warm welcome at reception to the exceptional room service and amenities, every detail was thoughtfully curated for a truly memorable experience. the staff, especially Alaa and Norhan, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and celebrate special occasions with delightful surprises. the variety of dining options, including a seafood restaurant and live cooking stations, catered to every craving, while the mesmerizing beach and island views provided a serene backdrop for relaxation. The resort's facilities, including 5 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, kids' club, and grand spa, offered endless opportunities for leisure and rejuvenation. the attention to cleanliness and top-notch housekeeping services maintained a pristine environment throughout the property. the engaging animation team, featuring Ahmed, Marvin, and Alisa, kept us entertained with vibrant activities and captivating shows, adding a lively touch to our evenings. As an archaeologist with a passion for history and culture, the subtle hints of ancient Egypt's grandeur in the resort's design and ambiance resonated deeply with me, enriching the overall experience.
